Maximum driveway width at road frontage: 20 feet <br /> <br />Edge of curb opening shall not be closer to nearest portion of a street <br />right-of-way imersection than 27 feet or 2/3 of the lot width, whichever is <br />smaller (where a "T" intersection exists, a drive may be located opposite <br />the end of the intercepted street) <br /> <br />7. Minimum radius at intersections 20 feet <br /> <br />Fences~ <br /> <br />Fencing or walls (except retaining walls) located in the front yard shall not <br />exceed 4 feet in height. Fences outside the 2020 MIJSA are <br />allowed up to 8 feet in height in any yard but must be setback a minimum <br />of 100 feet from the front property line unless they have at least 75% clear <br />visible opening. Fences may be constructed of barbed wire to <br />accommodate agricultural activities and the raising of livestock and <br />animals as defined by City Animal Ordinance __. Existing parcels within <br />the MIJSA that are currently used for agricultural activities or the raising <br />Of livestock 'and animals also qualify under this. provision. <br /> <br />Fencing material shall only consist of wood or a chain link fence or other <br />materials as approved by the Zoning Administrator. <br /> <br />3. Fence framing must face inward on the property. <br /> <br />4. Fencing must be located 100% on the property owners parcel. <br /> <br />Garbage Receptacle Storage: <br /> <br />Outdoor garbage receptacles serving multi-family units must be in either <br />the rear or side yard and must be screened from public view and adjoining <br />properties. <br /> <br />-109- <br /> <br /> <br />
