The additional landscaping materials shall be in addition to the number of <br />plantings required in the site landscaping section of' this district and shall <br />be located within the required bufferyard. <br /> <br />3. Lighting: <br /> <br />Any lighting used to illuminate an off-street parking area, sign or <br />structure, shall be arranged to deflect light away from any adjoining <br />residential district or public street.
