Phasing Plan: As stated above, the City is in the process of reviewihg a residential development to the south (Wildlife Sanctuary 3rd Addition). The development of Wildlife Sanctuary 3~ Addition is dependent upon final platting and construction of Iodine Street in Wildlife Sanctuary 2''d Addition. The preliminary plat is indicating that the development will be done in one phase which includes the construction of Iodine Street to the south.
