She said Staff received a preliminary plat from <br />Oakwood Land D¢~,elopmenr for the development of Lots 1 and 2 of Wildlife Sanctuary <br />Addition, located to the north and west of the subject property (proposed Wildlife Sanctuary 2nd <br />Addition). Oakwood Land Development is proposing to extend Iodine Street to the south in order <br />for Wildlife Sanctuary 3* Addition to der/ye public access. She noted a sound wall will not be <br />needed.
