2001 Comprehensive Plan desi,o-nates the property for development with low density, residential <br />uses. The City Council recentl-v approved an. amendment to the 2001 Comprehensive Plan to <br />reclassify the property for development with medium density residential-uses. On April 12, <br />2002, the CitY, received notification from Metropolitan Council that the land use change from <br />low to medium density residential was approved. The applicant is requesting that the City <br />rezone the property, to R-3 Urban Residential in accordance with the approved Comprehensive <br />plan ~rnendment.
