Councilmember Kurak introduced the following resolution and moved tbr its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #02-01-022 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION ADOPTING FINDINGS OF FACT #0597 RELATING TO A <br />REQUEST TO REZONE CERTAIN PROPERTY FROM R-l, SINGLE F~¥IILY <br />RESIDENTIAL, B-1 BUSINESS AxND B-2 BUSINESS TO R-JU MULTI F,az¥1ILY <br />RESIDENTLAL. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on December [4, 2001, the City of Ramsey (the "City") received an <br />application fi:om Edina Development, inc. to rezone certain property in accordance with Section <br />9.03.03 (Zoning Amendments) of the Ramsey City Code. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFOR.R, BE IT RESOLVED BY TI-JzE cITY COUNCIL OF TIlE CITY OF <br />RAx~ISEY, ,~x/OK-,4.
