Recreation Commission. The Commission recommended that park dedication be satisfied by a <br />cash payment and the Developer continue to work with Staff regarding the exact location of a <br />bituminous trail within the development. The Development will be subject to the permitting <br />process of the Lower Rum River Watershed Management Organization (WMO) and the MPCA. <br />The Ci~ is also reviewing development proposals for Wildlife Sanctuary 2"d Addition to the <br />northwest, Sunflower Ridge to the south and Evergreen Point to the southeast.
