Before any further development, please <br />address the ~bllowing issues: <br /> <br />The plat does not adequatet7 identify Trunk Highway 4-7 right Of way. The f'mal plat should, identify <br />the r/ght of way by reference to the appropriate plat(s) and m place monuments. The distances from <br />the centerline and offset dimensions from the centerline to the edge of the plat should also be <br />identified. <br /> <br />Also, there is a temporaw easement on Parcel l m the far northwest corner that expires in 12-[-05, <br />and it should be noted that no work could be done [n this easement area.
