Horizontal and vertical curves <br /> <br />The Cky has enacted an ordinance that requires an elevation Survey at the time of footing <br />inspection to ensure compliance with the approved final grading plan. The grading plan shall <br />identify which type of house style (i.e. walkout, lookout, rambler, otc) is permitted on each <br />lot. No grades shall be flatter than 1%. Grades flexor than 2% will require a certificate of <br />~ading prior to an occupancy permit being granted. The reqmrement fbr an elevation survey <br />on all footing inspections and the requirement for a certificate, of grading on lots with. less <br />than a 2% grade shall be stated'on the.final grading plan. <br /> <br />Drainage patterns around the buildings must be more clearly detailed. The Grading Pian <br />indicates that a certificate of grading will be required at the following locations: Block 2, <br />Lots 47-56; Block 3, Lots 19-26, 27-34 and 35-42. <br /> <br />The City of Ramsey does not allow smrmsewer pipe lesa than I5" unless it is for a dead end <br />catch basin lead. ,'All pipes under roads and parking areas must maintain a minimum of 2.5 <br />feet of cover over the top of the pipe. <br /> <br />Another structure should be added to provide an outlet: to Block 1. <br /> <br />The pond and outlet must be constructed and promoted during Phase I and before any <br />building construction activity takes place. <br /> <br /> <br />
