Each-unit will be at <br />least 889 square feet in size. If rAe lower [evel of the units are finished, a there will be a total <br />of 1,523 square feet of finished area in each area. The proposed sizes for the 4-units meet the <br />minimums prescribed in City Code. Please provide floor plans and elevations for the six-unit <br />buildings. <br /> <br />18.
