Feasibility- Report <br />Bunker Labe Boulevard Extension <br />Citv of Ramsev <br />I. PROJECT INTRODUCTION <br />The City- of Ramsey has received a petition for utility- and street improvements for the extension of <br />Bunker Lake Boulevard from Armstrong Boulevard (C.R. 83) to Puma Street NW. The Appendix <br />contains a copy of the letter of petition. The specific objectives of this report are to: <br />• Determine the needed street and utility- improvements. <br />• Prepare cost estimates for the proposed improvements. <br />• Determine estimated assessments for the improvements. <br />• Determine the feasibility- of all improvements. <br />• Develop a project schedule. <br />The street and utility improvements would, in general consist, of the following: <br />• Extension of sanitan- sewer along the west side of Armstrong Boulevard from just north of <br />Sunivood Drive to Bunker Labe Boulevard. <br />• Extension of Nvatermain from the east side of Armstrong Boulevard to the «-est side of <br />Bunker Lake Boulevard. <br />• Extension of sanitan- sewer and ivatennain in newly platted Bunker Lake Boulevard right- <br />of-way. <br />• Development of a storm sewer system to service the street and right-of-way requirements. <br />• Extension of Bunker Labe Boulevard roadway. <br />Additional ancillan- improvements are evaluated as part of this project include: <br />• Extension of sanitan- sewer from Bunker Lake Boulevard to Fire Station No. 1. <br />• Extension of a bituminous trail along Armstrong Boulevard from Bunker Lake Boulevard <br />to Alpine Drive. <br />• Extension of a bituminous trail along Puma Street from Bunker Lake Boulevard to Alpine <br />Drive. <br />All improvements are to be consistent with the City's Comprehensive Plans. <br />The right-of-way for the improvement area of Bunker Labe Boulevard would be dedicated as part <br />of the Alpha Development plat, which is concurrently going through the City approval process. <br />1 <br />Prepared By: R16.102774 <br />Bolton & Menk, Inc.
