Before any further development, <br />please address the following issues: <br /> <br />· The plat does not adequately identify Trunk Highway 47 right of way. The final plat should <br /> identify Mn/DOT R/W and the distance from the centerline to the edge of the plat. Access <br /> control along Trunk Highway 47 should be dedicated to Mn]DOT 'on the f'mal plat as weB. <br /> Please direct questions concerning these issues to Lee Williams (651-582-1275) in Mn/DOT's <br /> Right of Way section. Any work on a MSA route <br /> must meet State Aid rules and policies. Also, the City must review any changes'to its <br /> Municipal State Aid system so that they stay within its system limitations.
