-08- <br /> <br />Observations: <br /> <br />The subject property is zoned Industrial and consists of approximately 44 acres. The preliminary <br />plat is proposing to plat six commercial lots ranging in size from 2.4 acres to 14.0 acres and two <br />outlots. <br /> <br />All of the proposed lots meet the one-acre minimum lot size requirement and the 200-foot lot- <br />width requirement established in the Industrial District. <br /> <br />The site will receive public access from Azurite Street.
