Lord of Life Church on Wednesday April 17, 2002 stating that they are willing to grant Orrin Thompson <br />Homes a 100 foot x 450 foot grading easement located on their property. Lord of Life and Orrin <br />Thompson Homes are currently working out the details of the agreement. The City will be requesting a <br />copy of the signed agreement prior to commencement of any grading on the development site. <br /> <br />In conjunction with final plat review, the City Engineer has reviewed the final grading, construction, <br />streets, and utility plan. The plans are generally acceptable with the addition of an "L" shape design <br />incorporated into the ends of the private streets. <br /> <br />The project is subject to the review and permitting process of the Lower Rum River Watershed <br />Management Organization (WMO). The Developer received the required WMO permit On February 21, <br />2002. <br /> <br />The City Council reviewed the final plat on April 9, 2002. The item was tabled in order for the <br />Developer to provide the City with a copy of the Common Interest Community Declaration Document. <br />The City Attorney has been provided with a copy of the requested documents and will be prepared to <br />verbally review the declaration with the City Council during the meeting. <br /> <br />The City Council also requested that Fire ChiefKapler research whether or not the private streets should <br />be named in accordance with the City's grid system. The Developer has stated that they will follow the <br />guidelines set forth by the post office when providing names of the private streets.
