AUTHORITY <br /> <br />This ordinance is adopted pursuant to and under the authority of the Home Rule Charter of the City <br />of Ramsey, Section 12.06 and Minnesota Statutes 412.851. <br /> <br />SECTION 2. VACATION <br /> <br />The following described dedicated drainage and utility easement is hereby vacated, to-Mt: <br /> <br />The utility and drainage easement over, under and across that part of Lots 3 and 4, <br />Block 3, NORTHFORKS OAKS THIRD ADDITION as dedicated in the recorded <br />plat thereof situate in Anoka County, Minnesota which lies 5.0 feet on each side of <br />and adjacent to the southerly line of said Lot 4 except the West 10.00 feet and the <br />East 10.00 feet of said Lots 3 and 4. <br /> <br />SECTION 3.
