-138- ORDINANCE/402-11 CITY OF RAMSEY ANOKA COUNTY STATE OF MINNESOTA AN ORDINANCE VACATING CERTAIN DEDICATED PUBLIC STREET AND UTILITY EASEMENT IN THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA. The City of Ramsey Ordains: SECTION 1. AUTHOR}TY This ordinance is adopted pursuant to and under the authority of the Home Rule Charter of the City of Ramsey, Section ~2.06 and Minnesota Statutes 412.851. SECTION 2. VACATION The following described dedicated public street and utility easement is hereby vacated, to-wit: The portion of the dedicated Public street and utility easement described in Document No. 156666, on file in the office of the Anoka County Registrar of Titles described as follows: An 80.00-foot wide easement for street and utility purPoses over, under and across the following described property. On Lot 10, Block 3, NORTHFORK LINKS ADDITION, aCcording to the record plat. thereof of Anoka County, Minnesota.
