-140- Cotmcilmember adoption: introduced the following resolution and moved for its RESOLUTION #02-11- RESOLUTION DENYING VACATION OF PUBLIC STREET AND UTILITY EASEMENT ON LOT 10, BLOCK 3 OF NORTHFORK LINKS ADDITION. WHEREAS, the City received an application from Links at Northfork, LLC, to vacate a public street and utility easement located on Lot 10, Block 3, Northfork Links Addition, which is legally described as follows: The portion of the dedicated public street and utility easement described in Document No. 156666, on file in the'office of the Anoka County Registrar of Titles described as follows: An 80.00-foot wide easement for street and utility purposes over, under and across the following described property. On Lot 10, Block 3, NORTHFORK LINKS ADDITION, according to the record plat thereof of Anoka County, Minnesota.
