I
I
I
I
I

We contend that Ramsey wants a,moratorium to depress property values because
a property with a moratorium can not be sold or improVed. Also when property buyers
ask the city for information about the properties, in our opinion, Ramsey discourages the
purchase with information given and also information that they do not give. These are

unfair and immoral tactics in our opinion. .. .

We contend Ramsey wants to take our properties for less than value and less than
just compensation.
As an Ramsey resident stated recently, "If you don't have a dream, someone else
will drop one on you.'.' There are 74 PIN numbers listed in the Ramsey letter of October
18, 2002 referring to the properties affected by the moratorium. That is 74 dreams
Ramsey is attempting to roll over with it's dream.' Each property has several people and
services directly involved and. each person represents a family; total number of People
affected is in the hundreds. Ramsey's dream is our nightmare! '

Highway 10 property owners wake up and get an attorney or, in our opinion, get
robbed.
Respectfully
Doug & Julie Hills

Property owners - there will be a meting cOncerning the moratorium Nov 12th, 2002. Call

the city for location and time .... - ·

Mayor, current or new council member:

We feel that zoning threatened us with citations on our property as we confronted them
with our feelings regarding the moratorium. This is' the kind of abuse senior citizens and.
anyone else should not endure from the city' of Ramsey.

-159-
