We believe <br />our HolidaY Stationstore located at 7167 Highway 10 is in the proposed moratorium area. <br /> <br />We would be very much opposed to such a moratorium. As defined, this moratorium could <br />pr. eclude us from upgrading or remodeling our property and thereby prohibiting us from <br />remaining competitive in the marketplace. In addition, such a moratorium would take away <br />our property value by rending our property unsalable should we wish to do so.
