I was unable to make c~Ontact <br />with anyone at city hall but have left messages. <br /> <br />First, I believe, as a property owners, we should have been given more notice to better <br />prepare our response to this issue. It is my understanding, after a quick review of the <br />documents received, that I will be required to remove my property from the marketplace for 2 <br />years.or more. As you are aware, the property is on the market for sale and I have had <br />numerous parties interested in the purchase of this land. <br /> <br />I oppose any moratorium on this property unless there is reasonable compensation for its <br />removal from the market. <br /> <br />I'will be following up with a more detailed response after I have had time to review the issue <br />in more detail.
