PC CASE <br /> <br /> AUTHORIZE INTERNAL RECRUITMENT OF A POLICE SERGEANT <br /> Patrick Leadens, Human Resources Manager <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />On October 22nd 2002, staff received authorization to appoint Sergeant James Way to the position of <br />Interim Police Chief thus creating a vacancy for a Sergeant position. Staff requests authohzation to <br />begin the process to internally recruit a full-time Police Sergeant to fill a vacancy.
