Since moving to Ramsey <br />we have felt very fortunate to meet so many nice people in our neighborhood and in my <br />daughter's school and sporting activities. I would like to become more inVolv, ed in the <br />city planning. I have seen the surge of growth that- has taken place in the short time we <br />have lived in Ramsey and would like to help in planning a Town Square.I <br /> <br />I am a Property Manager for 9 homeowner associations. I feel that this would make me a <br />good candidate for this task force since I know how crucial long range planning can be. I <br />am very familiar with the Centennial Lakes mixed-use development that has been very <br />successful in Edina. Larry Laukka the owner of the company I work for, worked closely <br />with the city of Edina to develop the housing alongthe residential side of the park. Our <br />company office is adjacent to the property and it is clearly a good mix of commercial <br />property, parkland and residential development.
