I have lived on. sunfish Lake
BOulevard for 20 years.

I am wriOmg in regards to the VElas of Meadow Point that is being proposed direc~dy behind our
property. I have ro admit that when t first heard about the building project, I was totally against
it. I still have problems understanding why this is zoned for-so man3, homes when .their property
lines will be touching homes that have several acres. Tiffs could have been such a nice
development with homes of 1-2 acres lons. I ara sorry to see Ramsey mined into all.of'the other
suburbs. I would have liked it to have been developed dif:r%rently. However, since 1[ have heard
about the project, r have been able to accept that we will have town homes behind us. The
development directly behind us isn't as bad as I imagine4. There aren't as man3, homes as I first
thought there would be. When I discovered where our property was on this proposal, I was
devastated. A city, road is proposed to go right throug2a our property. .

What is really upsetting me is ti'mt a road is proposed to be put ir4 that ends ar our fence line. I
have called the ci~ offices and talked to both Pat Trudgeon and Syh,ia Frolitc The>, ~ed to
explain to me that the5, PLkD to put r. har road in just in case the people Living on oar property

I
I
I
I
I
I
I

I
