(HAA) submitted an Intersection <br />Capacity Analysis Report to the City of Ramsey for the two (2) intersections of TH #47 with <br />Alpine Drive NW (formerly 153rd Ave. N.W)and CSAH #5 with Alpine Drive NW. The purpose <br />of that report was to project the anticipated traffic volumes and turning movement counts at both <br />intersections and to evaluate their level-of-service in Year 2005 when five. (5) new area <br />residential subdivisions are expected to be fully developed. <br /> <br /> Pursuant to your authorization on September 26th, HAA is supplementing that. May 14th report to <br /> include the proposed development of "Villas of Meadow Point" consisting of four (4) single- <br /> family residential units and approximately 196 townhome/condomirfium units. The "Villas of <br /> Meadow Point" Subdivision is generally located southwest of CSAH #5 (Nowthen Blvd. NW), <br /> east of County Road #57 (Sunfish Lake Boulevard), and north of Alpine Drive NW (153rd <br />....... A3enue NW) as shown on attached Exhibits O, H & I. <br /> <br />PROJECTED YEAR 2005 TRAFFIC VOLUMES FROM DEVELOPMENT <br /> <br />A. Trip Generation <br /> <br />-372- <br /> <br />Based upon the trip-generation rates published in "Trip Generation", 6th Edition, as <br />published by the Institute of Transportation Engineers (ITE) in 1997, Table VI-A <br />below estimates the number of trips expected to be generated by this development on <br />a daily basis as well as during the AM and PM peak traffic hours.
