Trip Distribution

The anticipated distribution of trips generated by the "Villas of MeadoTM Point" on the
area's arterial - collector-street system is graphically shown on attached Exhibit G.
The routing of trips to and from the "Villas" development is based upon the quickest
and most logical travel path. In general, approximately 60% of the development-
generated trips are destined to/from the south via CSAH #57 (Sunfish Lake Blvd),
CSAH #5 (Nowthen Blvd.) and TH #47 (St. Francis Blvd.). About 15% of the trips
are destined to/from the north via those same three (3) County Highways while
another 14% are expected to use Alpine Drive NW (153rd Avenue) to the west of
CSAH #57.

Attached Exhibit H graphically and numerically displays the number and routing of
trips exiting or leaving'the "Villas of Meadow Point" on a daily basis as well as
during the AM and PM peak traffic hours. Likewise, attached Exhibit I shows the
number and routing of trips accessing the subdivision on a daily basis, during the AM
peak traffic hour and during the PM peak traffic hour.

I
I
I
I
I

Co

G:\MunicipahARAMSEYk3166\ra3166sjmmlysis l.doc

Projected Year 2005 Volumes/Turning Movement Counts with Development

The "Projected Year '2005 AM and PM Peak Hour Background (without
development) Turning Movement Counts" at both intersections, as found in Table III
and graphically depicted in Appendix C of the May 14th report, remain unchanged.
However, the added traffic volumes at both intersections (at TH #47/Alpine Drive
and at CSAH #5/Alpine Drive) due to the proposed development of the "Villas of
Meadow Point" are graphically and numerically depicted on the attached revised
Appendix D-1 and D-2 Exhibits.
