Township 32, <br />Range 25, lying northerly of 153 Avenue NW and lying easterly of the easterly <br />right of way line of Anoka County Right of Way Plat No. 1. <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />That part of the Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 23, <br />ToWnship 32, 'Range 25, described as follows: 'Commencing at the Northeast <br />comer of said Southwest Quarter of Northwest Quarter; thence South on the <br />East line thereof 510 feet; thence West and parallel with the North line thereof <br />347 feet to the Center of Town Road; thence North 20 degrees 00 minutes 00 <br />seconds East on said center line 544 feet to the North line thereof, thence East <br />on said North line of Southwest Quarter of Northwest Quarter 165.20 feet to <br />place of commencement. <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />That part of the north half of the Southwest Quarter of Section 23, Township <br />32, Range 25 lying 280 feet easterly of easterly right of way line of County Road <br />No. 57 & lying northerly of centerline of 153~a Avenue NW except road, subject <br />to easement of record.. <br /> <br />the ("Site"). <br /> <br />This approval is issued pursuant to ~9.03.06. of the City Code. The 'conditions of thi~ approval are <br />as follows: <br /> <br />1. STRUCTURE. All building plans must be prepared and certified by a registered engineer or - <br /> architect. <br /> <br />2. STATE BUll,DING CODE COMPLIANCE. The Structures shall be Constructed in <br /> accordance with the requirements of the 'State Building Code. <br /> <br />3. SITE PLAN COMPLIANCE. The multi-family structures shall be sited and constructed on <br /> the Site as shown on the Site Plans prepared by Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc dated <br /> September 6, 2002 and Lampert.
