The term may be extended after approval by the City Council for an addi'tionat <br />period not exceeding six (6) months, as provided for in Minnesota Statutes, Section 462.355, <br />Subd. 4. <br /> <br />. sEcTION 6. PENALTIES <br /> <br /> Any person, firm, entity or corporation that undertakes any development activity in violation' of <br /> the provisions of this Ordinance shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be subject to any <br /> additional legal or equitable remedies available to the City. <br /> <br />SECTIO~N 7.
