Nelson, Asst. City Administrator <br /> <br />Background: <br /> Remodeling of Ramsey City Hall has beencompleted. As discussed at the August <br />19th Council meeting, staff anticipated two additional change orders due to minor <br />modifications of the project, unforeseen problems with the electrical circuitry existing in <br />the building and difficulty with carpet removal in remodeled areas. The attached change <br />order reflects requested changes in the contract through project completion. The <br />requested changes are detailed in the attached Change Order Document. <br /> <br />Staff Recommendation: <br /> <br /> Authorize by Resolution No. 02-10-xx, Change Order No. 3 in the amount of <br />$6,487.00 for the City Hall remodeling project. <br /> <br />Council Action: <br /> <br /> By motion, authorize Resolution No. 02-10-xx, Change Order No. 3 in the <br />amount of $6,487.00 for the City Hall remodeling project. <br /> <br />Reviewed by: <br /> <br />City Administrator <br />Asst.
