-?8- <br /> <br />Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION # <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CHANGE ORDER NO. 3 FOR CITY HALL <br /> .REMODELING PROJECT <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, remodeling of City Hall is compete, including punch list items; and <br /> WHEREAS, change order no. 3 was received with all required documentation; <br /> <br />and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, BKV Group, E& V Construction Managers, and staffhave <br />reviewed the change order and pricing requests and find them reasonable. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />That the City Council of the City of Ramsey authorizes Change Order No. 3 in the <br />amount of $6,487.00 for the City Hall remodeling project. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Councilmember , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />Whereupon said resOlution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City <br />COuncil this the 22nd day of October 2002. <br /> <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br />I' <br /> I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br /> <br />
