This site will initiate new turning maneuvers onto CR 56. Consequently, as a part of Anoka County's
permit process for this site, the developer will be required to create a right turn lane on SB CR 56 at
158m Ln NW. It is believed that this can be accomplished via simple re-striping and signing on CR
56, utilizing the existing pavement section. If it turns out that this is not the case, the developer will be
required to construct the new right turn lane, and all costs for the turn lane design and construction
shall be the responsibility of the Developer and/or City.

We have reviewed the proposed drainage plans for this site and find them acceptable. AnY culverts
required within the.county right-of-way shall include 6:1 safety Fates and aprons.

An access permit and a permit for work within the County Right-of-Way are required and must be
obtained prior to the commencement of any construction. License Permit Bonding, method of
construction, design details, work zone traffic control, restoration requirements and follow-up
inspections are typical elements of the permitting process. Please contact Roger Butler, Traffic
Engineering Coordinator, or Josie Scott, Permit Technician, for further information regarding the
permit process. Installation 'of any necessary permanent traffic control devices within County Right°
of-Way for this proposed development will be coordinated, installed, and maintained by the Anoka
County Highway Department as part of the permit process. No other devices 'will be permitted within
Anoka County Right-of-Way. Work Zone Traffic Control and permanent traffic control devices to be
located outside of the county right-of-way shall be the responsibility of others.

Thank you for the opportunity to comment.
