Anoka County is also requesting a right turn lane <br />for southbound CR56 at I58~ Lane. <br /> <br />utilities: All lots will be served by on-site sewer and Water. <br /> <br />Park Dedication: The Ramsey Park and Trail Plan shows this property containing a vital trail <br />link to Ramsey Blvd. The' Park CommissiOn has reviewed the proposed development and has <br />decided to require dedication of parkland as part of the platting process. The City has received an <br />exhibit that shows the area to be dedicated as parkland. The area to be dedicated is not shown on <br />the submitted final plat. You' will be required to correct the final plat and dedicate the land as <br />shown on the exhibit before the City will release the final plat for recording. <br /> <br />Trail Fee: The City has established a. trail development fee for 2002 of $400 per unit. The plat <br />creates five new buildable lots and you w/ll be Charged $2,000:00 in trail development fees. <br />This fee must be paid for the new lots created pr/or to release of the final plat for recording. <br /> <br />Stormwater Management Fee: The City has enacted a Stormwater Management Fee for 2002 <br />of $375.00 per unit. The plat creates five new buildable lots for a total of $1,875.00 in <br />stormwater management fees. This fee, must be paid for the new lots created prior to release of <br />the final plat for recording. <br /> <br />The Ramsey City Council will be meeting at 7:00 p,m. on TUesday, December 10, 2002 at the <br />Rarnsey Fire Station #2 located at 15050 Armstrong Boulevard, to consider your request for'final <br />plat approval.
