The position was posted internally in accordance with City po!icyl Letters of interest were <br />received and validated from five Officers. All five interviews were. conducted on December 4th, 2002. <br />A panel consisting of Police Chief James Way, First-Sergeant Tim Dwyer, Investigator James Balabon, <br />and Human Resources Manager Patrick Leadens, conducted the interviews. Based on the interviews, <br />the panel recommends that Police Patrol Officer Thomas Lueck be promoted to the position of Police <br />Corporal effective 12-11-2002. <br /> <br />Staff Recommendation: <br /> <br />Based on the panel's recommendation, staff is recommending that Cofincil authorize staff to promote <br />Police Patrol Officer Thomas Lueck to the position of Police Corporal effective December 1 lth, 2002. <br /> <br />Council Action: <br /> <br />Motion recommends Resolution # 02-12-xxxx author/zing the promotion of Police Patrol Officer <br />Thomas Lueck to the position of full-time Police Corporal. <br /> <br />Reviewed by: <br />City Administrator <br />Police Chief <br />Assistant City Administrator <br /> <br />PC: 12/10/2002 <br /> <br />-209- <br /> <br /> <br />
