-210- <br /> <br />Coun¢ilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION # 02-12-xxxx <br /> <br />AUTHORIZATION TO PROMOTE POLICE PATROL OFFICER THOMAS <br />LUECK TO THE POSITION OF FULL-TIME POLICE CORPORAL <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on November 26th, 2002, Council authorized staff to internally <br />recruit for the position of full-time Police Corporal; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the posting for the Police Corporal position was properly posted <br />internally with five Police Officers responding; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, all five responding Police Officers were interviewed by a staffpanel <br />on December 4th, 2002 and the panel has recommended to the Personnel Committee to <br />promote Police Patrol Officer' Thomas Lueck to the position of full,time Police Corporal. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />l) <br /> <br />That the City Council of the City of Ramsey confirms the recommendation of the <br />Personnel Committee to promote Police Patrol Officer Thomas Lueck to the <br />position of full time Police Corporal. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolUtion was duly seconded by <br />Councilmember , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the P,/amsey City <br />Council this the 10th day of December 2002. <br /> <br />i <br />I <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I- <br /> <br /> <br />
