I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />i <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />Case #1: <br /> <br />Request to End Probation Period for Full-Time Public Works Maintenance <br />Worker Todd Marlette <br /> <br />Assistant City Administrator Nelson stated that at the Personnel committee meeting On May 14, <br />2002, a motion was made recommending that the City Council approve the hiring of Todd <br />Marlette to the position of full~time Public Works Maintenance Worker, effective May 15, 2002. <br />Mr. Marlette has successfully completed his probationary period. Staff is recommending that the <br />probationary period be ended and Mr. Marlette be approved for full-time Public Works <br />Maintenance Worker effective November 15, 2002. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Kurak, seconded by Councilmember Zimmerman, to recommend that <br />the City Council adopt the resolution ending the probationary period for full-time Public Works <br />Maintenance Worker Todd Marlette, effective November 15, 2002. <br /> <br />Further discussion: Director of Public Works/Fire Chief Kapler stated that Mr. Marlette came to <br />the City with some Public Works experience and has become a great asset to the City of Ramsey. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, and Councilmembers Kurak, Zimmerman, <br />Anderson, and Hendriksen.
