In addition, a existing 33' drainage <br />and utility easement is also shown on the final plat. <br /> <br />City Fees: As the developer, you will not be responsible for trunk sewer, storm, and <br />water fees as well as park dedicatior~ .requirements for the existing lot.. Since the <br />remaining part of the parcel is an outlot, no new fees will be required at this time. <br />However, when Outlot A is replatted, the appropriate fees w{ii be charged based on the <br />fee schedule in effect at the time. <br /> <br />Outlot A: No building or activity can occur on Outlot A until it is resubdivided. Any use <br />of the property, once it is replatted, shall adhere to permitted uses within the B-1 Zoning <br />District and will be subject to site plan approval If another use is proposed, a rezoning <br />and comprehensive plan amendment will be necessary. <br /> <br />The City Council will be meeting at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 26, 2002, at <br />Ramsey Fire Station II, 15050 Armstrong Blvd., Ramsey to consider your request for the <br />final plat.
