Park Dedication: The Park Commission is requiring that park dedication fees be paid for this development. The 2002 rate is $1700 per lot. The City will be considering a new amount as part of the 2003 fee schedule. The Park Dedication Fee must be paid prior to the release of the final plat for recording. 15. Trail Development Fees: The City has established a trail development fee that must be paid prior to release of the final plat for recording. The 2002 rate is $400 per lot. The City will be considering a new amount as part of the 2003 fee schedule. 16. Sanitary Sewer and Water Trunk Fees: The City has established a sanitary sewer and water trunk fee that must be paid prior to release of the final plat for recording. The 2002 rate is $1814 per lot. The City will be consider!ng a new amount as part of the 2003 'fee schedule. The City Council will be meeting at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 26, 2002 at the Ramsey Fire Station No. 2, 15050 Armstrong Blvd. NW, to review your preliminary plat.
