I I I I I I I I I I '1 I I i I I I I I Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION 02-11- RESOLUTION GRANTING PRELIMINARY PLAT APPROVAL OF HIGFII,ANDS AT RIVER PARK 4TM ADDITION. WHEREAS, Arcon Development Inc., hereafter referred to as "Developer", properly applied for preliminary plat approval of the following described property located in the City of Ramsey: The south 660 feet of the west 181.5 feet of the Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 24, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka COunty, Minnesota. and The south 660 feet of the Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 24, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota, except the west 1206 feet thereof. and Lot 10, Block 4, Highlands at River Park, according to the 'recorded plat thereof Anoka County, Minnesota. (Subject Property); and WHEREAS, on October 11, 2002, the City of Ramsey received an application and sketch plan/preliminary plat for Highlands at River Park 4th Addition from Arcon Development, Inc.; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission reviewed the sketch plan and preliminary plat on November 7, 2002 and recommended the preliminary plat be approved by the City Council subject to certain conditions; and WHEREAS, on November 7, 2002, the Ramsey Planning Commission conducted a public hearing regarding the proposed preliminary plat for Wildlife Sanctuary 3rd Addition and recommended City Council approval of same; and WHEREAS, the Ramsey Park and Recreation Commission reviewed the preliminary plat on November 14, 2002 and recommended that park dedication fees be paid to Satisfy park dedication requirements; and NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows:
