-200- <br /> <br /> · CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY, MI]NNESOTA <br />DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT - MEADOW POINTE <br /> <br /> THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into by and between the CITY OF RAMSEY, <br />a municipal corporation of the State of Minnesota (the CITY"), and EVELYN DEBOER, FEE <br />OWNER AND ALLSTATE DEVELOPMENT, L.L.C,, A MINNESOTA LIIViITED <br />LIABILITY CORPORATION, CONTRACT PURCHASER, whose addresses are 6251 <br />Alpine Dr., Ramsey, MN 55303, and 2619 Coon Rapids Blvd., Suite 201, Coon Rapids, YiN <br />55433 respectively, (the "DEVELOPERS"). <br /> <br />WITNESSETH: <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the DEVELOPERS are the owners of the following described property <br />situated in the CITY OF RAMSEY, County Of Anoka, State of Minnesota, and legally described <br />as follows: <br /> <br />That part of the North Half of the Southwest Quarter of Section 23, Township 32, Range <br />25, lying northerly of 153rd Ave. N.W.
