Drainage and utility easements shall be dedicated as <br />shown on the final plat. <br /> <br />Sewer and Water Trunk Fees. At this time, no sewer and water trunk fees are due since <br />the only new lots being created are three outlots which are ineligible to be developed until <br />they are replatted. The Sewer and Water Trunk Fees shall be charged per the fee schedule in <br />effect at the time when the Subject Property is replatted. <br /> <br />PARKS, TRAILS, STORMWATER,'LANDSCAP~G <br /> <br />Park Dedication. The Plat is in the Greenland Hills Park District. At this time, no park <br />dedication fees are due since the only new lots being created are three outl°ts which are <br />ineligible to be developed until they are replatted. <br /> <br />Trail Development Fee. At this time, no trail development fees are due since the only new <br />lots being created are three outlots Which are ineligible to be developed until they are <br />replatted. The Trail Development Fee shall be charged per the fee schedule in effect at the <br />time when the Subject Property is replatted. <br /> <br />Stormwater Management Fee. At this time, no stormwater management fees are due since <br />the only new lots being created are three outlots which are ineligible to be developed until <br />they are replatted. The Stormwater Management Fee shall be charged per the fee schedule in <br />effect at the time when the Subject Property is replatted. <br /> <br />-201 - <br /> <br /> <br />
