I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br />,I <br /> <br />Councilmember <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #02-11- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF MEADOW POINTE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Allstate Development, L.L.C. hereinatSer referred to as "Developer", has properly <br />applied for final plat approval on the following described property located in the City of Ramsey: <br /> <br />That part of the North Half of the Southwest Quarter of Section 23, Township 32, Range <br />25, lying northerly of 153ra Ave. N.W. (aJk/a Alpine Dr. N.W.) and lying easterly of the <br />easterly right-of-way line of Anoka County Highway Right of Way Plat No. 1 <br /> <br />Or upon recording: <br /> <br />Lot 1, Block 1 and Outlots A, B, and C, Meadow Pointe, Anoka County, Minnesota. <br /> <br />(the "Subject Property"); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on May 13, 2002, the City of Ramsey received an application sketch plan <br />review from the Developer, for a proposed plat called Villas of Meadow Point; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on June 6, 2002, the Ramsey Planning Commission reviewed the sketch <br />plan of Villas of Meadow Point, and recommended that the applicant proceed to the preliminary <br />plat stage subject to compliance with City Staff Review Letter dated May 30, 2002'. and <br />compliance with City Ordinances. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on July 9, 2002, the City of Ramsey received an application preliminary <br />plat from the Developer, for a proposed plat called Villas of'Meadow Point; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on August 29, 2002, the Ramsey Planning Commission held a public <br />hearing and considered the preliminary plat of Villas of Meadow Point; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on August 29, 2002, the Ramsey Planning Commission tabled <br />consideration of the preliminary plat of Villas of Meadow Point to the September 5, 2002 <br />Planning Commission meeting to allow for the Developer to address concerns raised at the <br />public hearing; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on September 5, 2002, the Planning Commission reviewed the preliminary <br />plat of Villas of Meadow Point and the revisions to the plat based' on the comments at the public <br />hearing held on August 29, 2002 and recommended approval of the preliminary plat dated July <br />9, 2002 revised July 26, 2002, and revised August 15 and 29, 2002, revised September 5, 2002 <br />and drainage, grading, utility, and tree protection plans dated July 9, 2002, Revised AugUst. 28, <br />2002 , Revised September 5, 2002, Revised September 17, 2002 subject to certain conditions; <br />and <br /> <br />-205- <br /> <br /> <br />
