WHEREAS, on September 24, 2002, the City Council reviewed the preliminary plat for <br />Villas of Meadow Point and tabled action on the preliminary plat until the October 8, 2002 <br />meeting in order to receive more information regarding the plat; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on October 8, 2002, the City Council reviewed the preliminary plat of <br />Villas of Meadow Point and table action on the preliminary plat until the October 22, 2002 <br />meeting in order to received more information regarding the plat; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on October 11, 2002 the City received correspondence from the State of <br />Minnesota Environmental Quality Board (the "EQB") stating that it had received a citizen <br />petition requesting that an Environmental Assessment Worksheet (the "EAW") be completed for <br />the Development; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on October 22, 2002 the City Council reviewed the Citizen Petition and <br />made a determination that no EAW is needed in relation to the Villas of Meadow Point <br />subdivision; and <br /> <br /> WHEERAS, on October 22, 2002, the City Council approved the preliminary plat of <br />Villas of Meadow Pointe subject to certain conditions; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Subject Property was part of the approved preliminary plat of Villas of <br />Meadow ?ointe; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on October 28, 2002, the City received the final plat of Meadow Point. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />That the Ramsey-City Council hereby grants final plat approval of Meadow Pointe in accordance <br />with relevant City Codes, contingent upon compliance with City Staff Review letter dated <br />November 22, 2002 and'the Developer entering into a Development Agreement with the City. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br /> .., and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof'. <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #02-11- <br /> Page 2 of 3 <br /> <br />-206- <br /> <br /> <br />
