WHEREAS, on September 24, 2002, the City Council reviewed the preliminary plat for Villas of Meadow Point and tabled action on the preliminary plat until the October 8, 2002 meeting in order to receive more information regarding the plat; and WHEREAS, on October 8, 2002, the City Council reviewed the preliminary plat of Villas of Meadow Point and table action on the preliminary plat until the October 22, 2002 meeting in order to received more information regarding the plat; and WHEREAS, on October 11, 2002 the City received correspondence from the State of Minnesota Environmental Quality Board (the "EQB") stating that it had received a citizen petition requesting that an Environmental Assessment Worksheet (the "EAW") be completed for the Development; and WHEREAS, on October 22, 2002 the City Council reviewed the Citizen Petition and made a determination that no EAW is needed in relation to the Villas of Meadow Point subdivision; and WHEERAS, on October 22, 2002, the City Council approved the preliminary plat of Villas of Meadow Pointe subject to certain conditions; and WHEREAS, the Subject Property was part of the approved preliminary plat of Villas of Meadow ?ointe; and WHEREAS, on October 28, 2002, the City received the final plat of Meadow Point. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: That the Ramsey-City Council hereby grants final plat approval of Meadow Pointe in accordance with relevant City Codes, contingent upon compliance with City Staff Review letter dated November 22, 2002 and'the Developer entering into a Development Agreement with the City.
