-240- <br /> <br />ways of Alpine Dr. NW, County Road 5 (Nowthen Blvd.), and County Road 57 (Sunfish <br />Lake Blvd.). <br />The trunk fee money that the CITY is allowing the DEVELOPER to utilize is to be used to <br />construct the 30" trunk sanitary sewer line through the site and across County Road 5 at a <br />depth and alignment as approved by the City Engineer. <br />If the cost to construct the above mentioned 30" trunk sanitary sewer line through the site <br />plus a 25% increase for design, contract administration, legal, and contingency is below that <br />which will be generated from trunk fees, then the difference will be due to the City from the <br />Developer upon final platting of a subsequent phase. <br /> <br />10. <br /> <br />Stormwater Management Fee. The current stormwater management fee is $375 per unit. <br />The DEVELOPMENT shows 13 units for the Subject Property, therefore there would be. <br />$4,875.00 due for stormwater management for this development (13 x $375.00). Payment of <br />the Stormwater Management Fee must be received by the City prior to release of the final <br />plat. <br /> <br /> SECTION 1I <br />STAGE H IMPROVEMENTS AND FINANCIAL GUARANTEES <br /> <br />11. Stage 1~ Improvements Required. The Stage II Improvements which the CITY requires the <br /> DEVELOPER to construct within the Plat are as follows: <br /> <br />a) Street striping and signing <br />b) Traffic signing <br />c) Future Through Street Signing <br />d) Street lights <br />e) Street sweeping <br />f) Seal coating <br />g) Adjusting water shut-offboxes <br />h) Maintenance of storm water and facilities <br />i) Boulevard seeding <br /> <br />("Stage II Improvements") <br /> <br />12. <br /> <br />Payment for Stage H Improvements. The CITY will install in the Plat the Stage Fi <br />Improvements. The DEVELOPER shall also deposit an amount that is determined by the <br />CITY to be adequate to aid in the operation and maintenance of street lights in locations <br />within the Plat determined by the City Engineer and installed by Connexus for the first three <br />(3) years after final plat approval, The CITY will bill residents in the Plat at least quarterly <br />for street light maintenance and operation costs; billing will be initiated at the time a residence <br />connects to municipal water and sanitary sewer. The DEVELOPER will pay to the CITY an <br />amount equal to 100% of the City Engineer's estimated construction cost of the items prior to <br />recording of the final Plat.
