PC CASE <br /> <br />REQUEST TO END PROBATION FOR FULL-TIME PUBLIC WORKS <br /> MAINTENANCE WORKER TODD MARLETTE <br /> By: Patrick Leadens, Human Resources Manager <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />At the Personnel Committee Meeting on May 14th, 2002, a motion was made <br />recommending that City Council approve the hiring of Todd Marlette to the position of <br />full-time Public Works Maintenance Worker effective May 15th, 2002. Mr. Marlette has <br />successfully completed this probationary period. A performance appraisal has also been <br />completed. <br /> <br />Staff Recommendation: <br /> <br />Staff recommends that the probationary period be ended and Mr. Marlette should be <br />approved for full-time Public Works Maintenance Worker effective November 15, 2002. <br /> <br />City Council accepts Mr. Marlette's probationary period completed. <br /> <br />Committee Action: <br /> <br />Motion to recommend that City Council authorize Resolution # 02-11-xxxx ending the <br />probationary period for Full-time Public Works Maintenance Worker Todd Marlette <br />effective November 15th, 2002. <br /> <br />Reviewed by: <br />City Administrator <br />Assistant City Administrator <br />Director of Public Works <br /> <br />PC: 11-26-2002 <br /> <br />-313- <br /> <br /> <br />
