-314- Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION # 02-11-xxxx RESOLUTION ENDING THE PROBATIONARY PERIOD FOR FULL-TIME PUBLIC WORKS MAINTENANCE WORKER TODD MARLETTE WHEREAS, Todd Marlette was hired as a full-time Public Works Maintenance worker for the City of Ramsey and began work on May 15th, 2002, subject to a six- month probationary period; and WHEREAS, Todd Marlette successfully completed his probationary period and his performance was documented by the Director of Public Works; and WHEREAS, the Personnel Committee, ai its November 26, 2002,.meeting agreed with the staff recommendation to end the probationary period for full-time Public Works Maintenance Worker Todd Marlette, effective November 15th, 2002. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, AxNOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the City Council of the City of Ramsey confirms the recommendation of the Personnel Committee to end the probationary period for full-time Public Works Maintenance Worker Todd Marlette, effective November 13, 2002. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the following voted against the same: and the following abstained: and the following were absent: Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the 26th day of November 2002.
