The position was posted internally in accordance with City policy. Letters of interest were <br /> received and validated from six Officers. All six interviews were conducted on November 21st, 2002. <br /> A panel consisting of Police Chief James Way, Sergeant Tim Dwyer, Sergeant Bob Kuhn and Human <br /> <br />· Resources Manager, Patrick Leadens conducted the interviews. Based on the interviews, the panel <br /> recommends that Corporal Bradley Paplham be promoted to the position of Police Sergeant effective <br /> 11-27-2002. <br /> <br />Staff Recommendation: <br /> <br />Based on the panel's recommendation, staff is recommending that Council authorize staff to promote <br />Corporal Bradley Paplham to the position of Police Sergeant effective November 27th, 2002. <br /> <br />Council Action: <br /> <br />Motion recommends Resolution # 02-11-xxxx authorizing the promotion of Police Corporal Bradley <br />Paplham to the position of full-time Police Sergeant. <br /> <br />Reviewed by: <br />City Administrator <br />Police Chief <br />Assistant City Admistrator <br /> <br />PC: 11/26/2002 <br /> <br />-315' <br /> <br /> <br />
