-316- <br /> <br />Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION # 02~11-xxxx <br /> <br /> AUTHORIZATION TO PROMOTE POLICE CORPORAL BRADLEY <br /> PAPLHAM TO THE POSITION OF FULL-TIME POLICE SERGEANT <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on November 12tl,, 2002, Council authorized staff to internally <br />recruit for the position of full-time Police Sergeant; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the posting for the Police Sergeant position was properly posted <br />internally with six Police Officers responding; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, ali six responding Police Officers were interviewed by a staff panel <br />on November 21st, 2002 and the panel has recommended to promote Corporal Bradley <br />Paplham to the position of full-time Police Sergeant. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />That the City COuncil of the City of Ramsey confirms the recommendation of the <br />Personnel Committee to promote Police Corporal Bradley Paplham to the position <br />of full time Police Sergeant. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Councilmember , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City <br />Council this the 26th day of November 2002. <br /> <br />I <br />I' <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I' <br /> I <br /> I <br />I' <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> i <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> <br /> <br />
