The area of the trail will need to be determ/ned before a formal <br />Park Dedication recommendation can be made. <br /> <br />Stormwater Management: The City has established a storm water management fee that must be <br />paid prior to release of the final plat for recording. The current rate is $375 per lot. <br /> <br />Other Permits: The developer is responsible for obtaining any permits required from other <br />regulatory agencies. <br /> <br />The City Council will be meeting at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday~ October 8, 2002 at the Ramsey Fire <br />Station No. 2, 15050 Armstrong Blvd. NW, to review your preliminary plat.
