-96- On September 24, 2002 the City 'Council reviewed the preliminary plat and tabled the reque.st pending receipt of additional information on access to County Road 56 and soil sui{ability for two on-site septic systems on each lot. The developer has been in contact with Jane Pemble at Anoka County and is anticipating the county will approve the new access from County Road 56, but has yet to receive a permit from the county. A soil investigation report was prepared for this subdivision by EcoSystems Engineering, dated July 2, 2002. Changes have been made to the lot boundaries in the proposed subdivision since this date. Staff has requested EcoSystems Engineering review the new boundaries and confirm the availability for two systems on Lots 2 and 3. Recommendation: Staff recommends preliminary plat approval contingent on City, Staff Review Letter dated August 29, 2002, revised September 17, 2002, revised October 4, 2002. CounCil Action: Motion to adopt Resolution 02-10- approving the preliminary plat of White Oak Addition, contingent on compliance with City Staff Review Letter dated August 29, 2002, revised SePtember 17, 2002, revised October 4, 2002. -or- iVlotion to deny the preliminary plat.
