-96- <br /> <br />On September 24, 2002 the City 'Council reviewed the preliminary plat and tabled the reque.st <br />pending receipt of additional information on access to County Road 56 and soil sui{ability for <br />two on-site septic systems on each lot. The developer has been in contact with Jane Pemble at <br />Anoka County and is anticipating the county will approve the new access from County Road 56, <br />but has yet to receive a permit from the county. A soil investigation report was prepared for this <br />subdivision by EcoSystems Engineering, dated July 2, 2002. Changes have been made to the lot <br />boundaries in the proposed subdivision since this date.
