-172- <br /> <br />Councilmember <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #02-09- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION GRANTING PRELhMIkNARY PLAT APPROVAL TO VILLAS OF <br />MEADOW POh-NT <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Allstate Development, L.L.C. hereinafter referred to as "Developer", has <br />properly applied for preliminary plat approval on the following described property located in the <br />City of Ramsey: <br /> <br />Lots 1 and 2, Block 1, Lutz Ramsey Acres, Anoka County,/vlinnesota and that <br />part of the North Half of the Southwest Quarter of Section 23, Township 32, <br />Range 25, lying northerly of 153 Avenue NW and lying easterly of the easterly <br />right of way line of Anoka County Right of Way Plat No. 1. <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />That part of the Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 23, <br />Township 32, Range 25, described as follows: Commencing at the Northeast <br />corner of said Southwest Quarter of Northwest Quarter; thence South on the <br />East line thereof 510 feet; thence West and parallel with the North line thereof <br />347 feet to the Center of Town Road; thence North 20 degrees 00 minutes 00 <br />seconds East on said center line 544 feet to the North line thereof; thence East <br />on said North line of Southwest Quarter of Northwest .Quarter 165.20 feet to <br />ptace of commencement. <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />That part of the north half of the Southwest Quarter of Section 23, TownsNp <br />32, Range 25 lying 280 feet easterly of easterly right of way line of County Road <br />No. 57 & lying northerly of centerline of I53rd Avenue NW except road, subject <br />to easement of record. <br /> <br />(the "Subject Property") <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on May 13, 2002, the City of Ramsey received an application sketch plan <br />review from the Developer, for a proposed plat called Villas of Meadow Point; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on June 6, 2002, the Ramsey Planning Commission reviewed the sketch <br />plan of Villas of Meadow Point, and recommended that the applicant proceed to the preliminary <br />plat stage subject to compliance with City Staff Review Letter dated May 30, 2002 and <br />compliance with City Ordinances. <br /> <br /> <br />
