ORDhNANCE #02-~. CITY OF 'RAMSEY ANOKA COUNTY STATE OF MINNESOTA AN ORDINANCE VACATING CERTAIN- DEDICATED DRAINAGE EASEMENT IN THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA. The City of Ramsey Ordains: SECTION 1. AUTHORITY AND UTILITY This ordinance is adopted pursuant to and under the authority of the Home Rule Charter of the City of Ramsey, Section 12.06 and Minnesota Statutes 412.851. ii SECTION 2. VACATION The following described dedicated drainage and utility easement is hereby vacated, to-wit: That part of the dedicated drainage and utility easement over, under, and across Lot 7, Block 8, Amber Ridge, Anoka County, Minnesota, according to the recorded plat thereof, described as follows: Commencing at the most easterly comer of said Lot 7; thence North 47 degrees 58 minutes 49 seconds West, assumed bearing, along the northerly line of said Lot 7 a distance of 135.00 feet; thence South 34 degrees 40 minutes 36 seconds West, on a line that intersects the southerly line of said Lot 7 a distance of 20.00 feet east of the west line of said Lot 7, a distance of 92.49 feet to the intersection with a line parallel with and 5.00 feet northerly of the southerly line of said Lot 7; thence North 67 degrees 47 minutes 07 seconds West a distance of 4.17 feet, thence North 42 degrees 31 minutes 18 seconds West, a distance of 18.25 feet to the intersection with a line parallel with and 10.00 feet easterly of the west line of said Lot 7; thence North 09 degrees 17 minutes 37 seconds West, parallel to a distance of 81.40 feet to the point of beginning.
